Add topics, an owner, and a planned number of minutes. You can start from a template: Standup 15, Sprint review, or 1:1 check-in. Templates copy topics and durations into a new board that you can rename.

How a meeting runs
The board is built before the room starts, then used while the topic is on the clock.

Time the live topic
Start a countdown for the current item. Pause when the room stops, or skip the remaining time and move to the next topic. Skipping marks the current topic done and starts the next planned duration.

Capture actions and minutes
Write an action, an owner, and a due note, and link the action to a topic on the board. Keep minutes on the same meeting. A wrap preview lists the timed topics and the locked actions before you export.
On the device
The app stores meeting titles, dates, start times, room or link notes, topics, owners, planned minutes, talking notes, timer state, actions, minutes, wrap notes, version history, pin and wrapped status, theme, and whether reminders are on. Those records stay in the app’s private files.
Themes in this version are Lilac paper and Night plum. Reminders are off until you turn them on. If you enable a meeting-start reminder, the app may ask for notification permission. Agenda timing still works if you deny that permission.
Photo access is used only if you pick an image. You can keep using the app if you decline.
Export and backup
CSV, PDF, and plain text exports, and a JSON backup of boards, topics, actions, and minutes, are written through the system file picker to a folder you choose. The app does not ask for broad storage access. If you cancel the picker, the file is not written.
Deleting data
You can delete one action, delete one board (its topics, minutes, and actions on that phone), or clear all boards, actions, and minutes on the device. Uninstalling the app without a backup can remove boards that exist only on that phone.
