What to include
- The app version. The version described on this site is 1.0.0, package com.meeting.agendaactions.
- A short description of the board issue.
- Whether backup export worked. JSON backup uses the system file picker.
- Your reply address, if it is different from the address you send from.
Do not send a file you do not want a person at this company to read. Meeting content is not uploaded by the app in the ordinary use described on the product page. An email attachment is a separate choice you make.
What support can and cannot do
We can help you understand a local board, an export, a reminder permission, or this privacy policy. We cannot restore a board that was cleared on the phone and never exported. Clear all data and delete board are on-device actions.
There is no account to reset. If notifications were denied, meeting timing still runs; only the optional start reminder needs that permission.
