Three notes from the desk. No case studies invented to fill the page.
These are working notes about how we scope a question. They are not customer stories, and they are not performance claims.
Before a rooftop number
Ask which months of use are real, which part of the roof is off limits, and whether the household is planning a new large load. A panel count that ignores a future charger is a plan you will redraw. Write those answers into the residential brief before anyone talks about a module brand.
Give the battery one job
Backup, peak shaving, and storing midday solar can share a piece of hardware later. They should not share a single unlabeled scenario at the start. Name the job, name the hours, and say what happens if the battery is charged from the grid. That is the spine of our storage research.
Keep the action on the topic that produced it
Meeting notes fall apart when the action item loses the topic it came from. Meeting Agenda Actions links an action to a topic on the same board, then exports that pair. The energy practice does not use the app as a project database. It is a phone board for the meeting itself.
